We start making the OMEGA C-Series headsets by using our ceramic TBT bearings with titanium nitrite coated races because they roll smoothly and wonÃâ€Å¾ÃƒÂ¯Ã‚¿Â½ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t rust. The bearings are angular contact type and this provides stability while allowing for adjustability.

We want the headset to spin smoothly and also to last a long time so we seal the bearings very well against the elements. To make the looks match the great performance of the headset, we supply the headset with a carbon top cover. We donÃâ€Å¾ÃƒÂ¯Ã‚¿Â½ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t skimp on the crown race either Ãâ€Å¾ÃƒÂ¯Ã‚¿Â½ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ã¢ââ€Å¡Ã‚¬Ã…â€Å“ we CNC it from tough 7075 alloy so it provides a more stable contact point for the headset.
